With all the rain and humidity we have experienced in the last couple of weeks, I thought it was time to try and rescue some fruit and vegetables, unfortunately the carrots had visitors so they went out, but we had a feed of fresh strawberries (just enough to wet the appetite) and below is a sample of my home made Apricot jam and fresh ripe tomatoes.
